Welding ring with wood screws for construction. Available with internal diameter 23 and 50 mm, is an anchoring system particularly suitable for fixing scaffolding requiring an additional connecting element between eyebolt and scaffolding. Load values are subjected to the type of contact carried out.

An appropriate safety factor, of at least 3, is recommended. Load values are valid only if installation is performed accurately.

Designer is responsible for the choice of size and number of anchors. In case of anchoring on old building materials or materials of uncertain quality, it is always recommended to carry out tensile tests on site prior to using the eyebolt.

▪It must be used with nylon plug M14X100 or M16X100.

Installation Instructions

1. Make a hole of the right diameter and depth and clean it.

2. Put the sleeve of the locating pin into the hole. For the substrate covered with an insulation layer, the lower limit flange shall be taken from the sheath in advance to ensure the correct depth of the pin embedded in the base plate. Longer AG 14 can also be used.

3. Screw the eyebolt into the correct depth.

4. The bracket is ready to accept the load.
